I’m writing a speech, help?
I’m writing a speech supporting gay marriages. I have a big blank. It says “Almost a forth of the people I know are gay. The majority of them want to get married. Sure, they can travel to a different state to get married, but on top of paying for a wedding, itself, plus plane tickets, don’t you think that’d get a bit expensive?” and I need something to put under that that’s semi related? Can you help? I’m not asking for negative comments towards gay people so if you have some in your head that you want to let out, please don’t do it here.
If they went to get married in a different state than where they live, how would that affect their lives in their home state? Would their marriage be recognized and they’d have all the amenities they were searching for by getting married in the first place?
